‘Pass It On’ event at Himawari Hotel, Phnom Penh
BritCham Cambodia, together with Cambodia Lifestyle, invited Little Acorns to be the beneficiary of the Pass It On community event held at the Himawari Hotel.
Hosted in the hotel’s garden area, the event brought together families, locals, and expatriates for a full day of activities. Children and adults alike took part in traditional games such as sack races, egg and spoon races, and penalty shootouts, creating a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere.

Alongside the games, many attendees donated clothes, toys, and games. These items were sold at informal market stalls, with all proceeds donated directly to Little Acorns. A range of food vendors also supported the event, offering everything from bagels to burgers, helping to create a lively and welcoming environment.
Many children from the Future Light Organization attended the event and enthusiastically joined in the activities. Any donated items that were not sold were taken back to FLO to be used by the children.

The event provided valuable engagement with the local and expatriate community, raised funds for vulnerable children, and helped further build awareness and trust in the work of Little Acorns in Cambodia.
