Filming at Howden to Celebrate the Charity Impact Awards

Matt Baker visited Howden Broking Group’s London office to meet with the Howden Foundation and take part in filming about the Howden Charity Impact Awards 2026.

Earlier in the year, Little Acorns was selected for the Foundation’s inaugural Special Small Charity Award, following nominations and votes from Howden colleagues.

The filming provided an opportunity to explain how the award will help Little Acorns continue its long-term support for the children at the Future Light Organization (FLO) in Phnom Penh, while also giving the charity greater confidence when planning future support.

The discussion also covered some of the challenges faced by smaller charities and the importance of reliable, longer-term funding.

It was a particularly meaningful visit for Matt, who spent nearly two decades with Howden, and a chance to see Little Acorns supported by former colleagues in such a positive way.

Our thanks go to the Howden Foundation and filming team for making the day so enjoyable and professional.
